Booking Procedures
How to Book
Please read our rules before you schedule an appointment. This helps HeavenLee On The Go LLC stay on time for all guests.
Securing Your Spot
You must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to book your visit. Your appointment is not set until we receive this payment.
Changing Your Visit
• Giving 24+ Hours Notice: Move without losing deposit.
• Giving Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Lose your deposit.
• No-Shows or Day-of Cancellations: Deposit lost forever.
• Frequent Changes: Full payment required before booking.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shorter or cancelled. Deposits will not be refunded.
Rules and Behavior Standards
By booking with HeavenLee On The Go LLC, you agree to our rules. We serve a specific area; going further results in extra travel fees. We can refuse service if a location is unsafe or unhealthy.
Client Behavior & Hygiene Policy
Personal Hygiene: Please arrive with clean hands and feet. We reserve the right to stop service if hygiene issues create a health or safety risk.
Intoxication & Impairment
Services may be refused if a client appears impaired. No illegal drugs are allowed inside or around the mobile salon.
Children & Additional Guests
Children and extra guests are welcome only when there is enough space. Space inside the RV is limited.
Safety & Service Refusal
The technician may stop or refuse a service at any time if they believe continuing would create a health, safety, or personal-security risk. Repeated issues may result in being blocked.

HeavenLee Nails on the Go aims to create a welcoming, judgment-free experience. We ask for mutual respect.
Mobile Salon Accessibility Policy
HeavenLee Nails on the Go provides services from a mobile RV salon. Every appointment depends on safe parking and easy access at your location.
Before your appointment, we may ask for:
• Where the RV can park
• Street width and access
• Driveway size and access (if used)
• Clearance from trees, wires, and low branches
• Any parking rules, permits, or HOA rules
• Enough space for the RV to safely enter, park, and leave
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for choosing a location that can safely fit the mobile RV. HeavenLee Nails on the Go may decline, move, or reschedule an appointment if the location is not safe or does not fit the vehicle. If the RV cannot safely reach or park at the requested spot, you may be asked to provide a nearby alternative. HeavenLee Nails on the Go is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or extra costs caused by poor parking options or blocked access. For safety, the technician will not drive or park the RV in any place that creates an unreasonable risk.
